Here is what I get from lawyer's office:
For I-140 part#4 question 4 for "Are there any other petitions/applications filed with this Form I-140"
If you put submit I-485 / 131 / 765 ... together with I-140, Answer is "Yes".
Other wise put "No".
If later on you submit I-485/I-131, you need attached a sheet stating this is for concurrent filing -- with the USCIS reciept# for I-140.
