NIW I-140 > BCIS wants ETA-750 A & B both

i had filed (self petition) my I-140 based on practice in an HPSA on 12/2/02 at NSC. today i received an RFE. They want -

* a fully executed uncertified ETA-750 A & B in duplicate
* copy of my I 797

isn't it strange that BCIS is asking for *ETA-750 A* for the self petition NIW.
Is it a new criterion/requirement by BCIS?

I am surprised ur lawyer did not send the ETA 750A&B with ur petition it is required even with NIW for us Donot worry once u send it it will be approved in 2 weeks
It is clearly mentioned in BCIS web site for filling requirement for MDs in MUA/HPSA NIW cases .Hope this helps
