A newcomer in this forum. A few questions.
(1) I submitted my I-140/NIW package to VSC on March 10, 2003. Still no response. Anybody in the same boat? Please share your information with me. I am planning to submit my I-485 any time soon.
(2) I used my Master's degree from a foreign country when I filed the NIW. But I recently received my Ph.D. Diploma from a US top university. I am wondering whether I need to send a copy of my Ph.D. Diploma to Vermont. And whether my US Ph.D. Diploma will help my NIW case?
(3) I checked the USCIS website about NIW progress at VSC. It says that it is taking between 90 to 485 days (16 months) to process the NIW case at VSC. But the VSC is currently only processing NIW/I-140 cases received on August 15, 2002. I am wondering which date is more accurate?
Thank you for your respnses.
