NIW I-140 Approved @ TSC

Hi,

I just wanted to let you guys know that we received an email last night that our I-140 NIW petition was approved by TSC. :)

Details of our case:

I-140/ 485 applied on Sept 30, 05 ;)
I-140 RFE received Oct 22, 05 . RFE was to prove all three prongs. :eek:
Reply to RFE sent on Jan 12, 06. :cool:
Approval email received on Jan 19, 06 :D

We were really shocked (happily though) to see such a swift decision. For replying to the RFE, we hired the law firm Peng & Weber who did a great job with helping us get our RFE response together.

And finally I have to say that this forum provided us immense information and support. Thanks guys !! I'm sure all of you will have good news to share soon.

Well, the reason I mentioned Peng & Weber was because just before we hired them we had enquired on the forum about how good they were and someone replied saying that they didn't have a good experience with them. And so I wanted to share my experience with them. That's all.
