Any guess of why it's approved faster then the processing date online

Hi, flychicken,

The processing date on USCIS website for TSC's NIW is only July 07, 2004. Any guess what the trick that your case was approved ahead of the schedule? Any guess maybe helpful.
 
In terms of shorter processing time, I think it depends on luck. I know friends got the approval in 3 weeks in TSC. Another slight possibility is that I file as kind of cocurrent. My 140 LUD changnes when I-485 is received. I am not sure if this makes difference. I would rather believe it is because of the luck.

Ph.D. (2004) in Engineering from US university, working in a company. 10 journal papers, 5 first aurthored and 5 second authored. 8 recommendation letters including those from govenment agencies.
