What other dcouments are needed with I-140 for NIW for underserved areas. A few are mentioned in the INS site.
These are , 5 yr contract, letter form state public health, evidence of j1 waiver if applicable and evidence of my ECFMG certification.
For proving that the area is underserved, what can one use? I am using a printout from the online HPSA database
Is ETA 750B form needed? (this is needed for other NIWs, but not mentioned here)
