NIW for physician - 1 yr completion RFE question

I have applied for NIW for physician EB2 greencard. I140 approved 6/05. I-485 applied 11/04 (currently pending). Received RFE from USCIS for one year and five years completion documents.

On the Yellow RFE sheet - the petition number is written SRC-xx-xxx-xxxxx along with name and Alien number. Now there SRC number is, I think wrong. As first five digit of it are from I140 petition and last five digits are from I485 application.

Is there a mistake there by USCIS or is this the way they send RFE's??? Does anybody else had the same problem??? All suggestions - recemmendations welcome. Thanks in advance.

I thought you already had your resident card long time back If I am not istaken you r internist in a University (KY?).
If you think there is some mistake about the RFE you should write a covering letter explaining the mistake and send the documents with correct A/SRC number. :)
