I am considering applying for NIW with my research work.
I am now working full time and doing Ph.D study part-time. The research and the work is not directly related.
Is that possible to file NIW with my research work? In the petition letter, how should I introduce myself? like PH.D candidate?
I heard we need to send current status approval letter, in my case it will be the H1-B approval notice. Will this cause officer confusion and reject my case?
