The process time has reached Auguest, 2003. I am wondering if NIW folks could stand up and keep each other posted about the status of the cases.

My case:

ND: 03/10/03 and haven't heard anything. If this also happens to a lot of you, I think we should at least do something. The NIW folks have been so quiet and I don't even know who to ask and what's going on. I am really concerned.

Please, please, let us know if you have any information you can share.

My ND Aug 2003 (NIW, VSC). I got my FP done on Feb 4, 2005. Waiting for I-140 approval.

Sunnymin25, is your case concurrent, if so have you got your FP done.
 
Vsc-niw

My RD Aug 27, 2003, still pending! I-485 submitted on JUn 28, 2004. Received FP notice scheduled on Mar 10, 2005.
 
NIW at vermont center

My NIW RD date was Feb. 20. 2003.

Have not heard anything from Vermont center
 
any news from NIWers

According to the Feb 23, 05 processing report, VSC is processing Sept. 2003 cases, have anyone who filed before that heard anything from VCS?
 
I filed NIW on Dec. 2002, just got approved.

NIW, just got approved without RFE.

RD: 12/30/2002, AD: 2/9/2005. 26 months.
 
I called the National center 5 times and sent three mails

I called National Center 5 times , one every month since Last Sept., and sent three mails to the VSC regarding my NIW petition. I do not think all those effort worked. But anyway, I got approved finally after 26-month waiting.
 
My NIW 140 has been approved

My case is

VSC
NIW 140 RD:2/6/2004, AD: 2/23/2005
485 RD 3/19/2004, AD: ???
FP was done on 1/27/2005

Hope I can get my 485 result soon.
