Hi 
I'm a PhD candidate in a fairly good university in CA.
Probably I'll get my degree in another 1.5 years.
Now I have 2 journal papers (PNAS, Bioinformatics),
and I guess I'll publish more. My research relates a lot
to AIDS and Alzheimers diseases.
Can you please tell me what's my chance of being
approved for NIW? I'll be able to get recommendation
letters from some professors in US and an assistant professor in
Europe. If there is a chance, then I'll probably start the application next year
(would that be too late? but I want to wait till I publish more papers).
Also is there any good lawyers for NIW near LA?
