NIW Eligibility

Hi,

I work for a school board (County Public School Board) as a Manager for purchasing and supply services department which supports all supply and purchase needs for 200+ schools in the school board. I am currently on H-1B visa with 4+ year’s exp in US and a master’s degree from US as well.

My question is; do I qualify for NIW to apply for my GC?

And which would be the best category for me to apply GC under in order to get it asap?

Probably not - because one of the criteria for NIW is that your benefit be national in scope - and your line of work appears to be of only local benefit. However, a good lawyer may be able to help you and perhaps present your case as national in scope somehow.
