NIW EB2 and Labor simultaneously

PERM and NIW EB2 simultaneously

I have an application for PERM pending. EB2. It is now going around in circles, from final review to In process. Does any one know if I can apply through NIW EB2 for the same job now. ( It qualifies for the same). In other words, can I apply through labor and NIW EB2 at the same time for the same job? Would appreciate any response.

you can do that as long as it qualifies for it, and also you need a contract or a plan for the 5 years, send me a private message if you need any clarification
