NIW EB1 question about taking different position

Hi

I have applied for I140 and I485 concurrently, RD 1/3/03 ND 1/30/03 for both... I have applied as a Cardiology Researcher. My work involves treatment and identifying risk factors in patients with Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) which ranks as the number 1 cause of death in US.

I have a offer from a different institution in the same field starting 7/1/03. Question is:

a) Will I be able to take this position once I have obtained my EAD
b) When does the 180day portability rule apply is it RD or ND
