I have filed I-140 in two categories Extraordinary and NIW in August 2003 (Service Center:VSC). I want to know anybody got approved who had filled for the above categories in 2003.
 
I filed my EB1EA/EB2NIW/I485 around the same time last year (07/08/03) and am now still waiting. Currently, the processing dates of EB1 and NIW are about 1 year behind other I140's. But I believe they will speed up on these applications. After all, the number of EB1 is far smaller than other categories.
