I have a basic question related to the process; I hold a B1/B2 visa and I live outside the US.
If I apply for a NIW and EB-3 would this cause problems with my tourist/business visa? would the immigration officials at the port of entry assume that this is a contradiction between the tourist and the immigrant visa?
