Situation. We are going to get EAD via NIW (my wife applies).
My wife has J1.
I have L1 and I am going to change my job, so I lose my L1.
No way to get H1 at the nearesit future.
The question is
what is the best way to behave having EAD/AP in the porket
and opportunity (probably) to change status to J2.
1. Can I handle J2 and EAD from my wife's NIW petition?Should I?
2. What is going on if I will pass on AP? Does my wife loses her J1?
3. Can I after while to apply for H1 if I was only on EAD/AP without any visa status?
