DIYed NIW to VSC. Receipt Date 2/14/06. Transfered to TSC on 5/11/60. Got the following RFE on last week.

1) Submit evidence to establish that the self-petitioner seeks employment in an area of substantial intrinsic benefit.
2) Submit evidence to establish how the benefit of the self-petitioner's work is of national importance. What effect would the proposed employmnet of the individual alien have on the United States as a whole?
3) Submit evidence to persuasively establish that the national interest would be adversely affected if the beneficiary were required to obtain labor certification from the U.S. Department of Labor. Would a U.S. worker with the same minimum qualifications be able to perform the same occupation and serve the national interest to a similar degree? How will the individual alien serve the national interest to a substantially greater degree that other individuals haveing similar credentials in the field? Please submit persuasive documentary evidence to substantiate your response.

My credentials: only two journal articles (one first auther, one second auther); 4 conference articles; but no citation yet. no patent. 6 recommendation letters (3 from a government agency, 2 from university, 1 from my company). I held two master degrees in Civil Eng. and Computer Sciecne. I work for a government acency as a contractor.
For item 1) and 2), I think the letters from gonernment already addressed them. What else should I submit?
I really don't know what can I do with itme 3).
It seems that the cover letter didn't do the job it supposed to do. Then what shoud I do? Will more recommendation letters work?
Please help me!
