niw denied, help on appeal please!

My NEW case was denied by SC last week. The lawyer who prepared my NEW application want to charge me additional $1500 for appeal. I don\'t like the work he did before, and want to prepare the Appeal Briefing by myself.

Does anyone have the similar experience? What type of form is needed? Can I appeal without the briefing?

If you have some good lawyers to recommend, please let me know also.

Do you mean your NIW case was denied? If so, please contact me (and read my "story" on the I-485 stream. I have been issued an "intent to deny" notice on 09/29.

I don\'t know the reason, but I am not too happy with my lawyer either.
