Hi,
I’m Arjav. I am currently employed in Canada with US based firm called Tetra Tech as a Junior Geotechnical Engineer/ Lab Technologist for about a year now. I completed my master of Engineering from the University of Calgary in 2023 in the field of Civil Engineering. My current status in Canada is Postgraduate Work Permit.
I have 1 year of experience in the field as I mentioned. Am I eligible for NIW category in the US?
Also, if not, when will I become eligible?
