My case is NIW and I work on EAD now. I will go for interview soon. I saw people need prepare AC21 once they change job. My question is for NIW case, do I need prepare AC21 to show we are legal in this country? Also, people mentioned about medical record, my was done 2 years ago, do I need redo medical? Please help.
