NIW case, work on EAD, need AC21?

Hi, Folks:
My case is NIW and I work on EAD now. I will go for interview soon. I saw people need prepare AC21 once they change job. My question is for NIW case, do I need prepare AC21 to show we are legal in this country? Also, people mentioned about medical record, my was done 2 years ago, do I need redo medical? Please help. Thanks for the input
 
no medicals or ac21 needed

medicals are now valid longer. so that should not be an issue. on that point I think that if it is a question of 2-300 bucks>- get it done. dont want to give another chance for delay on a very simple reason.
regarding ac21- it is really irrelevant for niw/eb-1-ea. they always have greater flexibility to change jobs (read murthy chats/this forum). you would need a job letter form current employer mentioning job duties and more importantly they should be similar to the field of work for which the 140 was approved.
other than that, nothing else is needed. if you have recent publications/presentations that will also help.
i personally know three people with job changes and no problem.
one was a post-doc fellow and now is an instructor when he went to interview. The others are still post-docs with research in similar fields (after job change).
