NIW-based I485, how to answer this?

Finally got my RFE for NIW-based I485, among other common things (legal status, I-94 etc) it specifically asks me to

"...submit a detailed letter of support to verify that you will indeed continue working within your field of endeavor in the United States..."

I can ask my employers to verify what I have done since the submmission of 140/485 till now, but I am not sure how to verify that i will continue doing so.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated,

If you don't mind my asking, what is the nature of your employment? I think that a letter from your employer stating what you are doing will serve the RFE purpose. Apparently, they want to make sure that you are still doing the same job you originally were hired for. As soon as you send the letter in, you ought to have the approval!

I am a chemical engineer, and I will certainly ask my former/current employer to provide verification letter, however I am just wondering do I need to provide any additional information to satisfy USCIS?
 
Letter of intent from your employer to continue employing you in such capacity is commonly use. What does your lawyer say?
 
Letter

I believe that the letter will be what you need. You might want to ask a lawyer or the HR department of your employer. From past experience, I included a cover letter letting them know what it was included along with what they sent.
