NIW based I485 approved in error

Hi,
I am a physician with an approved I 140 based on an NIW. I have only completed 3 years in an HPSA but I got an I 485 approval notice.
I'm confused....do I need to keep working here for another 2 years?

Quietly go to your local office and have your passport stamped.

I wouldn't change my job out of the HPSA quite yet. Are you an employee or do you have your own shop ? Consider keeping a practice in the HPSA while you start establishing a presence in a different location.
