NIW at Vermont still pending since July

Hi. I am waiting to hear from Vermont regarding my NIW application for 4 months. My Rd was 6/30/05. The LUD is still 7/1/05, has not changed even once so far.
Is there anyone else in the same situation like me ?
 
Same here EB1 OR VSC RD 8/22
No LUD on I140 till date. But quite a few NIW have been approved which have a much later RD.
 
my NIW was approved after one month (ND 9/13/05, AD 10/13/05).

However, my EB-1 OR (same ND, LUD 9/15, 9/17, 9/21, 9/27) is still pending.

funny enough, the ONLY LUD I got on my NIW was approval notice.
