NIW at NSC: advances 2 days in 1 month!

Dont know what to say; NIW advances by 2 days in 1 month...got to hand it over to folks at NSC...they beat their own expectations every time.
[See August 16th processing times].
 
what is also frustrating for me is that EA is still on Oct 15th...My PD is Spet 19 2006 and it seems like it will never cross the 30 day window...From June 16th to August 16 - in a span of 60 days, EA has only moved by 25 days. When do we see the light at the end of the tunnel? When??????
 
there is no guarantee that a service request will bring results ( I have one service request that is going on at TSC and still nobody touched my file.. it is already three months beyond my PD and no decision yet).... they will just make a decision when they want to....
