My NIW petition from VSC has been approved on July 10, 2003. No RFE.

AD July 10, 2003

I'm still waiting for my EB1-EA filed on July 5, 2002 (ND).

I've to admit that I'm reading this forum since I applied for my NIW, and this is the first time I joined the forum. I really find the forum very useful.

Can you please post your qualifications for the NIW ?

Also, can you please give the details of the attorney, if you had?

I'm PhD in Chemistry from India. Worked in UK for ten years. Forty-four publications (first author in twenty-two), two Patents and one book chapter. Many invited and conference presentations. No major award other than CSIR Fellowships, and RSC: CChem MRSC. Moved to US two years ago. Recently worked on HIV vaccine development. Refereed for very few journal article and one review.

Used same documents for EB1-EA and NIW. Reference letters: one from India, three from UK, one from Germany, one from Holland, One from Denmark and five from USA.

I used the Law Office of Sheela Murthy.
