first 2 2 conditions were met. ask for more evidence for the 3rd condition (waiver of LC)
questions asked: not enough past records to assure future benefit to US; recommendation letters are from people who know me personally, want letters from people who know my work but donot know mw well personally; evedence that my new methods have been used in industry;
evidence for my personal impact in my field; evidence that i have significant scientific findings or I am more skilled that american peers. etc.
may questions were repeated. I did not answer them one by one, just rewrote my statement
