NO LUD till approved

FP 4/4/2005
LUD for 485 2 weeks after FP
Never applied for EAD or AP
EA1- also filed at same time
denied in early Feb
Opened by a BCIS motion in March
RFE sent early April: Nor replied yet
will withdraw
this forum was immensly helpful. i always had idea when the decision is going to be. i projected NIW decicision by May based on previous trend. got it lucky though
