Hi All,
I am a regular reader of this forum and got lot of information from this site.
I am at US university as a post doctoral fellow, doing research and through attorney, I had applied my NIW and that is approved.

NIW/NSC/concurrent filing
I-140 approved Oct'05
EAD approved Oct'05
Advance parole approved Oct'05
I-485 is pending since Oct'05
Renewal of EAD is pending

Until now I am at the same university keeping the same status. Now I plan to move to an another university(under NSC) taking a teaching position mostly(visiting assistant professor). I will be teaching courses in the class as well as help students to do the laboratory class. There is possibility of doing some undergraduate research also but it is voluantary.
The appointment letter clearly shows the designation of visiting asst.prof.
I am little concern as well as wondering whether my present status will remain intact by joining the new university and will I have any problem with respect to my I-485 application? I would really appreciate all of you for providing me any suggestions/comments. Thank you very much

If you proposed research work in NIW is different from the new position, you may have problem if they issue an RFE asking for your current work.
