Just got the email. My self pepared I140 was approved today.
Filed on May,12,2005, got RFE Jun,14. Replied to RFE on Sep,3rd.
LUD: Sep, 12th, 14th, and then approved today.

To everyone that is still waiting: don't lose your hope, good news is on the way!

Finally!!!
It's my first information on approval of NIW_RFE in 'CSC'.
They seems to get back to NIW.

Would you share what's on your RFE?
Did you filed I-485 concurrently?
My RFE was received at Aug. 15, but no LUD and no email.
I'm afraid...

Filed on Jan. 2005, got RFE May 12, RFE RD Aug. 15 2005 and.....without LUD

I got 3 more independent letter, and did some citation analysis using the Essential Science Indicators. And finally got the good news :D
