NIW approved after EB1-EA approval :)

:) :) I just got a notice that my NIW has been approved. My Eb1-EA was approved back in Nov. 06. I have already filed my I-485 and will go through FP tomorrow, Sat (03-17-07). My wife got a notice a couple of days ago that her AP has been approved too. I filed for her with my I-485. Here are my questions:

1-Would NIW speed up my I-485 in any way? Would it better to re-link to the new NIW in terms of time?

2-My wife and I applied at the same time for the change of status, AP and EAD. She got her AP first even though her status is derivative of mine. Any explanation?

3-What's the best way to proceed now?

4-Any recent approvals around for I-485 based on EB1-EA?

Congratulations!

Can you let us know more details, like the Service Center and what it the received date?

Also, I think it does not matter how you file your I-485. I noticed however that for retrogressed countries, I-485 is not backlogged through EB1-EA, but is backlogged in the EB2-NIW catagory.
