NIW approval at TSC

Hi got email notice that my NIW was approved on 12/3 with no RFE. RD: 02/02/2004. Background: PhD in 2000 on environmentally related chemical engineering; 17 int journal pubs, most are top quality in the area, half are 1st author; many conference papers; 35 citations; 9 ref letters (from Univs, research organizations and big companies).
