NIW application - how to start - need pointers

You might want to go to a search engine (like google) and type in "NIW I-140 aplication" or something like that. This should get you a ton of hits from immigration lawyers' web sites regarding the NIW category, approval rates etc. NIW does not require LC, but this category is very tough going these days.
