NIW appeal decided

I recently heard from administrative appeals office Re: my NIW appeal. My NIW had been denied by NSC S/P NYSDOT and I had appealed . Now AAO has reversed the denial and sent the file back to NSC for action according to new physician NIW law. It took 19 months for this to happen
