NIW and pending Labor

Hi,

I have been quite silent in the forum but learned a lot from the discussions.

I have a question: I have a pending LC in backlog center and so far there is none (no 45-d letter, no approval)

I would like to apply NIW, but not sure if NIW would have any bad impact on the pending labor.

Can you share your insight on this question? I really appreciate it.

You can apply for NIW irrespective of pending labor or pending 140 based on LC. Different animals.
