I am in a peculiar position --please direct me to the right path --- I AM ALMOST THERE !!!
1.I am ending my 3rd year (state of florida ) of a 5 year NIW.
2.The employer suggests I transfer the pending practice loans and take over the practice as per his information,I will be able to do so towards the end of the "STATE waiver" as i shall be allowed to "own an practice'
My position is "peculiar" because "THAT's WHAT YOU WANT TO DO !!"
but i need further insight as to how it can happen whithout "jumping the gun" and sc***ing it all up.
Here are my additional details -- I-140 and I 485 filed in Ocotober 2005,COO is India, Both where Approved and advance parole issued in Nov 2005,H1B is valid till November 2009,RFE(first)done in Feb 2008, NIW ends in Nov 2010.
My dilemma is essentially as follows--
1 Can I own a practice or a Primary care MD PA from Dec 2008??
2 How to continue or who will be the sponsorship of H1b till the end of NIW ??
3 Can I start a satellite office in another HPSA area in addition to this ??
please guide me through this or send me weblinks to "do it yourself" for read up.
