hi. if i apply for GC under NIW and also apply labor certification in the future, will there be any problem if my NIW is rejected? will BCIS ask to attach any rejected application if later I send the labor certificaition I-140 application?

You will need to tell BCIS about the prior filing when you submit the I-140. What effect this will have will depend on the reason for denial.
