Need your help. My I-140 was approved with NIW and my I-485 was then filed. Now I want to become a full-time student without working but worried that INS may reject my I-485 for unemployment reason. I heard that employment is not required for NIW cases and want to confirm the info is correct. Please share with me your valualbe knowledge and any advice will be highly appreciated.
