NIW and EAD

Thanks to everybody eho helped me in answering me my previous query abt. NIW.
I just have one more question.....with the current retrogression for EB@/ India....if i file for NIW, will my spouse be able to get an EAD to work? Or that only happens whn u file 140 and 485 and ead concurrently, which ofcourse is not possible currently

i dont think you can file for the 485 or get EAD till your date is current , so try to keep your H1 current and extend it after three years also as a precaution
