NIW and changed job before 180 days

I-140 approved category NIW, applied I-485 in Jan/01. For I-140 Employer was the Petitioner. After two months of I-485 filling, the company closed its operations. I joined a new company with a new H-1. After 3 months of I-485 filling, I got my EAD approved and I finished my FP on 05/30/01. Will I have any problems during my Adj of 485. I will appreciate your views.

Thanks for the info. I was of an impression since I have a NIW, it should be fine to change jobs. Is it true ?. I will be grateful if net surfer who has more info could shed some light on this.

As long as your new job is in the same field. you will be fine. I changed my job after I-485, NIW category. Chance of they issue a REF is rather slim if your case get processed soon.
