NIW and AC21

Question about ac21.

I filed 485 as EB2 National Interest Waiver in Dec 01, and it was filed by myself not by my employer. I changed employer after 12 monthes. The new job title and area are close to my original one. Do I need file AC21 to inform INS? I was told that NIW was not required to do that, is that true?

In my personal view, AC21 does not apply to your case.

No problem buddy

My lawyer said that ac21 would not apply for self petitioned niw. He just asked me not to worry about changing address etc. i m changing jobs and states and going to another one with a similar description but different title.
