NIW/amended 140/ Hadron, others

I completed my three years of waiver and my doing my NIW with the same employer for now.
But after three years moved to a different location that my employer has in HPSA/MUA and even got letter of support for that from DOH myself and gave it to my lawyer.
my lawyer says i have send amended 140 ( which is right) , but is charging $750 ( even through i already have got letter from DOH and he has already charged in bulk in the very beginning for NIW/green card and mine is plain uncomplicated case)
1.is he/she being reasonable for charging $750 for filing amended 140 ( i already have apporved140)
2. i might even change job in 1-2 months , is it ok to wait 1-2 months and then file amended 140 with new employer ( i have a valid H1 with current employer and an EAD via NIW) ,
please advise
 
congratulations on finishing your waiver--- I would wait for few months specially when you plan to change your job again-- I heard you moved to dundee.All the best
 
amended I-140...

Can somebody throw light on this amended NIW i-140 issue? What exactly one has to do to file for amended I-140?
