Nice to look at cases approved with EAC-02

I am happy (:D) to look at lots of august approvals.

Even I know few people who got approved with August RD.

I was under the impression that EAC-02 cases will start after october (after annual audit).

Hope they will start September & October together since the
number of cases are less compared to July & August...

Chances are that they might start Spet (& hopefully Oct cases in parallel) early August which is not bad.

As for recent approvlas .. seems like VSC updates AVM messages in a batch and lets not forget that they past two weeks there weren't many approvals which suggests that officers were working on the new lot of cases during that time, and now approvals are coming forth.
 
Does this mean it might take upto 2 weeks to expedite the case?

2ndly, whatever happened to RFEs? I am sure where there is an approval, there is an RFE also for somebody.
 
I don't think most of us know how INS works internally.. but I can imagine files being piled up on Officer's desk and officer picking the files, processing those files first which are easy to process ; and sometimes some officers are more efficient than others. Your case might already be sitting on some officer's desk ..maybe officers needs to verify few details on some file that might take longer time for some cases.

RFEs are always processed in parallel. INS wont wait for replies to come back and sit idle.. they rather move to next set of files and keep processing RFEs as replies come by. At least this is what I can think of
