NIC site --warning about security certificate

But clicking the link there for Online registration brings up a SECURITY WARNING from Windows. There is a problem with their security certificate.

Do you see the sae thing? Should I ignore the warning? Is it OK to go ahead and fill the application anyways?

Please can someone post me the correct link? I need this ASAP. Thanks

You can safely ignore the security warning in this case.
They have not purchased the certificate issued by trusted certificate authority. They are most likely using a self-signed certificate.
