NH state question

Hello,

Applied labor thru NH state in Nov 04. Does anyone know if NH state cases were transfered to BPC. My employer is telling me that NH state cases will not be transferred. Is this true. How do I check the status of the app. I have receipt number and priority date.

Please advise.

Hello there, My lawyer told me that NH cases would be transferred to BEC philly. There is no news from any other side, so I take it that BEC will handle our cases. My priority date is also Nov 04. Darn luck
