Hi all,
Does anyone know if it is taking close to 2 yrs to get both State and DOL LCA approved if filed from Vermont or New Hampshire?
That is what my company is telling me that the LC will take 2 yrs to approve.
The company has a branch in Philly, I want to make sure that they are not filing it from Philly.
Does anybody know where the LC goes for DOL if it was filed either in Vermont or in New Hampshire? May be the delay is in this step.
