Hi,
I filed I130 for my wife through an attorney office a few years back when I was a GC holder. The case was approved but I never got the approval notice from the attorney office. This August I became a citizen. I am planning to upgrade my application. What are the next steps I need to take? Do I need to file 485 or 864? I am confused as some place says to file 485 and other place says to file 864.
