Just received receipts for I-130, 485 and 765 as well as notice date for biometrics in January. What happens after biometrics are done-are you waiting for your interview date next? Do I assume that EAD won't come until after biometrics are accepted-or is it after interview. I have seen on most listings that EAD is taking between 2-3 months for approval. When have you all gotten EADs?

You will have to sit tight. After you take your bios, you will get EAD to work. It is hard to say how long everything will take. Please post your timeline and District Office so you can follow other threads and we can follow yours. Have you registered for case update and email online?

Go to www.uscis.gov and on the left there is a link for "Case Status and Processing Times" - follow the link.
1. Click on the left to "Register"
2. Register as an "Applicant Customer"
3. Accept the Terms and Conditions
4. Enter your personal information
5. Enter your receipt notice numbers and turn on email tracking
