it seems he has updated it to 02/01/2002...
... but in any case, his RD is 10/25/2001.
for all the claims by the service centers that the operative date for them is ND, time and again we see them go by RD. in this case, this is still an october 2001 case.

My porky friend, actually now i kind of think
he screwd up altogether. He may have intended to write 12/01/01 instead. This is another case which the user never
come back and correct it so we just keeping guessing...
