It's bad to know that but there will always be some cases which happen this way. It doesn't mean anything.

Even though we are legals ..... we are ready to pay USCIS $1000.00 bucks for premium processing ... [ bribe ] in a way to speed up our processing ..... aren't we ... ?

but I am not (willing to bribe, that is, to speed up the case).

When will we third world types get out of this mindset? I for one will be ready to head home the day we all collectively do.

On given option to speed up the process,

I will pay/buy it.

What is the big deal in it ? It will be official similar to H1B premium processing, if that happens.

And what is third world type mindset in it ? I do not see any.

I think given a chance, I'd probably buy the gc too. It's just hard to keep your life on hold and wait for the gc. I know I dont have to. But what ever your goal may be by working hard you can achieve it.. be it MBA/MS/PHD. But the hardest part is gc processing. It seems like you are trying to hit a moving target. that's why I'd pay to get rid of all the pain and suffering.
